I have only been 30 for a few months now, and things have already started changing! After fighting it for some time, I broke down and made an appointment to get my eyes checked. It turns out that I have astigmatism, and so today I came home with my first pair of glasses! I knew my vision appeared a little blurry at times, but I didn't realize how much my vision had actually changed. I can't say that I like wearing glasses yet, or that I will be wearing them all the time, but boy, what a difference they make!

Ha! Astigmatism... that's why I had to get my glasses. We're getting old! But seriously, I had no idea it was possible to see individual leaves on trees from a distance. Isn't that crazy?! ;)
